Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime. Keep access through the end of your billing period. No runaround.

The short version
- You can cancel anytime from your Account page — no email needed, no hoops.
- After you cancel, you keep full paid access until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- When your period ends, your account moves to the Free tier automatically.
- We do not issue refunds on digital subscriptions.
No refunds on digital subscriptions
Food Bricks is a digital subscription service. Once a billing period begins, access to all paid content is immediate and unlimited. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods.
Because cancellation preserves your access through the end of the period you paid for, you do not lose any value — you simply stop future charges. We believe this is the fairest policy for a digital product.

What happens when you cancel
Here is the timeline after you cancel:
You cancel
You go to your Account page, click "Manage Subscription," and confirm cancellation. Stripe processes it instantly.
Access continues
You continue to have full paid access — all bricks, plans, and features — through the last day of your current billing period.
No more charges
Your renewal date passes without a charge. You will not see another payment to Food Bricks on your card.
Free tier kicks in
Your account automatically moves to the Free tier. Your saved plans and data stay intact. You can still use the free features.
How to cancel
Two ways to cancel:
- Self-service (fastest): Log in, go to your Account page, and click "Manage Subscription." You will see the option to cancel. It takes about 30 seconds.
- By email: Email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel my subscription." Include the email address on your account. We will process it within one business day and confirm by reply.
We will never charge you for a period you tried to cancel before. If something goes wrong, we will sort it out.
Billing is handled by Stripe
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Food Bricks does not store your card number. When you cancel, Stripe stops the recurring charge — no manual intervention required on our end after you confirm.
If your card was charged unexpectedly, check that cancellation completed successfully. If you are still unsure, email us and we will check your Stripe record directly.
The Free tier is always available
If you cancel a paid plan, you do not lose your account. The Free tier remains available at no cost. You can browse a curated selection of bricks, use the basic builder, and access free content indefinitely. No subscription required to keep an account.
If you want to come back to a paid plan later, you can resubscribe at any time from your Account page.
