Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Prep steps

  1. Warm oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add spices, then chickpeas.
  3. Cook 8-10 minutes until lightly crisp.

Storage notes

Store in a wide container to keep texture. Reheat in a hot pan.
