Sesame Ginger Tofu
Crisp edges with a warm, glossy glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu, cubed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Prep steps
- Press tofu and pat dry.
- Pan-sear in sesame oil until golden.
- Toss with soy, ginger, syrup, and vinegar.
Storage notes
Store in a shallow container. Reheat in a hot skillet.
