Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Prep steps

  1. Stir all ingredients together.
  2. Portion into jars and refrigerate overnight.

Storage notes

Keep chilled and add toppings just before serving.

  • Add maple cinnamon yogurt and granola crunch.
