Lemon Couscous
Fast, fluffy, and freezer-friendly with a citrus finish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 cup boiling broth or water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt
Prep steps
- Pour boiling liquid over couscous, cover 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and stir in oil and zest.
- Season to taste.
Storage notes
Cool fully and store in a wide container. Fluff after reheating.
