Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Prep steps

  1. Mix oats, nuts, syrup, oil, and cinnamon.
  2. Bake at 325°F for 18-20 minutes.
  3. Cool completely before storing.

Storage notes

Store in a sealed jar away from heat.

Combo ideas

  • Top overnight oats with yogurt.
  • Add crunch to fruit bowls.
