Oven-baked chickpeas with a warm spice finish.
Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained and dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt
Prep steps
- Toss chickpeas with oil and spices.
- Roast at 400°F for 22-25 minutes.
- Cool fully for max crunch.
