Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained and dried
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt

Prep steps

  1. Toss chickpeas with oil and spices.
  2. Roast at 400°F for 22-25 minutes.
  3. Cool fully for max crunch.

Storage notes

Store in a jar with the lid slightly cracked to keep crisp.
