Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder

Prep steps

  1. Rice cauliflower in a food processor.
  2. Saute in oil for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Season and cool before storing.

Storage notes

Cool quickly to keep texture. Reheat in a hot skillet.
